We had to make Sky shops impossible to ignore, turning them into unmissable destinations for every shopping trip.
Our strategy? Reimagining Sky Retail as a physical manifestation of the core product. We transformed shops into vibrant entertainment hubs, where customers could experience the magic of Sky firsthand, with access to experiential activations, exclusive content and irresistible offers.
For every product launch, sale or event, we created shareable interactive experiences, blending the digital and physical world to capture and engage customers. The result? Record-breaking sales, a surge in footfall, and heightened engagement both online and in-store.
